Prospect Residents: Residents may receive a FREE copy of reports by calling 502-228-1150 and requesting a report be prepared. Please give 24 hours notice. Residents must come to City Hall to pick up the report.
Non-Residents: Copies of car accident reports can be ordered and printed through an online service (click here). You will need the following information:
- Date of collision
- Badge number of officer
- Local code
- Agency
Crime Reports: Obtaining a copy of your crime report can be found here. You will need the following information:
