Library

The Lawrence C. Falk Library is stocked with an extensive collection of current bestsellers, audiobooks, and over 3,000 fiction and non-fiction titles. The well-appointed children’s section offers hundreds of books for youth and younger children.  Bi-annual book sales, readings, and other events make the library a vibrant part of the city.

The library is free to all city residents, is funded by its patrons, and is run by city volunteers. 

Golf Courses and Country Clubs

PRIVATE: Hunting Creek Golf Course
Hunting Creek Golf Course is a private family club with an 18-hole golf course, six clay tennis courts, one hard tennis court, and an Olympic-size swimming pool and clubhouse.

PUBLIC: Nevel Meade Golf Course
Nevel Meade Golf Course is a public Scottish links-style 18-hole golf course located in Oldham County in Prospect, Kentucky. Multiple tee boxes offer fun and challenges for all skill levels. Book a teetime online or call 502-228-9522.
